Description

Es ist aufgefallen, dass gewisse Upgradescripte nicht mit postgres 11 funktionieren. Entscheidung war, dass postgres 11 nicht mehr unterstützt wird, und dass die Betriebssysteme hochgezogen werden müssen auf Versionen die die nicht mehr mit drinhaben.

Zum Zeitpunkt des Tickets wären das:

- Debian 11
- Ubuntu 22.04
- Fedora 38
- SuSE - ?

Die Dokumentation muss angepasst werden.

Fedora 38 hat postgres 16
SuSE 15.4 hat postgres 15
Ubuntu 22.04 hat postgres 12
Debian 11 hat postgres 13

Doku angepasst (mehrere Personen/Quellen), Ubuntu 24.04 noch nicht genannt weil noch nicht releast und/oder getestet, aber ansonsten alles auf dem aktuellen Stand. Sollten zukuenftig evtl neben Fedora noch Alma und Rocky nenne nach kurzen Tests, die sollten eigentlich ebenso funktionieren, bedarf aber der Pruefung
